Pool Service & Warranty
Every Aquascapes service comes with a warranty, and every service call is handled by our own crews — not a subcontractor who has never seen your pool.
After the Build
We Are Still Here in Year Five
A pool is not finished the day it fills. Equipment ages, finishes wear, and Houston weather is hard on everything outdoors. What separates a good pool company from a bad one usually shows up years after the final walkthrough, when something needs attention and you find out whether anyone picks up the phone.
All of our services come with a warranty, and we handle warranty and repair work with our own service team rather than handing you off to a manufacturer or an outside contractor. We built your pool, we know how it was plumbed, and we keep the records.
That also means faster turnaround. Our service crews are employees, not a queue at a third-party company, and our on-site warehouse is stocked with the equipment we install — so a failed pump in July is often a part already on our shelf rather than a multi-week supplier wait.

Service
What Our Service Team Handles
Warranty Work
If something covered by your warranty needs attention, our own team diagnoses and resolves it. Because we hold the build records, there is no back-and-forth establishing who installed what or when.
Equipment Repair & Replacement
Pumps, heaters, filters, lighting, and automation all have finite lifespans. We repair or replace equipment with parts we stock, and can advise when replacing an aging component makes more sense than another repair.
Upgrades & Renovation
When a pool needs more than a repair — a new surface, new tile, updated equipment — our renovation team can scope it. Adding a feature is often best folded into that same visit.
Getting Help
How to Request Service
Reach Out
Call (281) 351-1800 during business hours, or send the details through our contact form. Describe what the pool or equipment is doing.
We Pull Your Records
We look up how your pool was built and what equipment was installed, so the technician arrives already knowing the system.
Schedule a Visit
We set a time and let you know whether the work falls under warranty or will be quoted before anything proceeds.
Repair
Our technician diagnoses and resolves the issue on-site where possible, drawing on parts from our own warehouse.
Not an Aquascapes customer? Reach out anyway — contact us and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people to help.
Questions & Answers
Service & Warranty FAQ
Yes. Our service and warranty work is handled by our own in-house team, not subcontractors. They are trained on the equipment we install and have access to the build records for your pool.
Two reasons. Our technicians are employees rather than a queue at an outside company, and we keep an on-site warehouse stocked with the equipment we install — so common parts are usually on hand instead of on order.
Contact us with the details and we will check your records and tell you before any work begins. If something falls outside coverage, you will get a quote first — we do not proceed with billable work without your approval.
Get in touch and we will let you know. Even where a repair is not the right fit, our renovation team regularly works on pools originally built by other companies.
It depends on the age of the unit and what has already failed. Repeated repairs on an old pump often cost more over a couple of seasons than replacing it with a variable-speed model that uses less electricity. We will give you both numbers and let you decide.
We serve greater Houston within roughly 75 miles of our Tomball location, including Magnolia, The Woodlands, Spring, Conroe, Willis, Montgomery, Cypress, Humble, Kingwood, Sugar Land, Pearland, and Galveston.

Tell Us What Your Pool Is Doing
The fastest way to get help is to call during business hours. If it is after hours, send us the details and we will follow up. It helps to describe what changed, when it started, and whether any equipment is making an unusual noise or showing an error code.
