About Aquascapes Pools
A family-owned custom gunite pool and spa builder serving greater Houston since 2006 — with our own property, display center, design team, and service crews.
Who We Are
A Houston Pool Company You Can Actually Find
Aquascapes Pools is a custom inground gunite pool and spa builder based in Tomball, Texas, serving Houston and the surrounding communities. We have been family owned and operated since 2006, and in that time we have built thousands of pools for homeowners across greater Houston.
What we do covers the whole backyard, not just the water. Custom pools and spas, renovations of aging pools, water and fire features, and complete outdoor living spaces — designed together so the finished yard reads as one space rather than a series of separate projects.
The part most homeowners tell us matters is simpler than any of that: we own our property, so you always know where to find us. Every phase of a project is handled by our own people, and every service we provide comes with a warranty.
What Sets Aquascapes Apart

- Our own on-site design team
- In-house service team for quicker response times
- Stocked on-site warehouse and bulk buying that saves you money
- Every service comes with a warranty
- One company for the whole backyard — no juggling contractors

See the Work Before You Commit to It
Most pool decisions get made from a brochure or a rendering. Ours do not have to be. Our Tomball property includes a full display center built out with real outdoor living designs from our own on-site design team — finishes, tile, coping, decking, water features, fire features, and lighting you can stand next to and touch.
It is the fastest way to settle the questions that photos cannot answer. How does a pebble finish actually feel underfoot. How wide does a sheer descent really read. What does travertine look like next to your coping choice in Texas sun.
We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Get in touch to schedule a walkthrough.
Everything In-House
Why That Matters to Your Project
Plenty of pool companies subcontract most of a build. Here is what owning each piece changes for you.
Our Own Design Team
Your pool is designed on-site by our own designers, not outsourced to a third party who will not be there when construction starts. That means the person who drew your plan is reachable through the whole build, and changes get resolved in a conversation rather than a chain of vendors.
Our Own Service & Warranty Crews
We keep our team trained and certified on the equipment we install, and we handle repairs and warranty work ourselves. When something needs attention two years from now, you call us and we come out — there is no handing you off to a manufacturer or a service company that has never seen your pool.
Our Own Stocked Warehouse
We keep an on-site warehouse stocked with equipment and buy in bulk. That saves you money on the build, and it means a failed pump or heater is usually a part already on our shelf instead of a multi-week supplier wait in the middle of July.

Who You Will Work With
A Small Team, Named in Our Reviews
One of the more telling things about our customer reviews is how often homeowners name the specific person who handled their project. James Isbell, Sean Lewing, and Denver Johnson come up again and again by name — usually alongside a comment about how quickly they replied or how closely they followed the build.
That is the practical difference a small in-house team makes. You are not routed through a call center or reassigned between departments. The designer who plans your pool stays with it, and you have a direct line for questions during construction and long after the final walkthrough.
What Customers Mention Most
- Clear, consistent communication throughout the build
- Daily updates and a project tracking app
- An attentive, no-pressure design process
- Fast, on-schedule construction
- Support that continues years after the pool is finished
